    There are no countries, about which Creditreform does not furnish credit reports. However, the information in the credit reports on companies from countries without functioning market economy is more scanty compared with Bulgaria or EU member states.

  • What does „receivable collection“ mean?

    What does „receivable collection“ mean?

    The term „receivable collection“ is generally used for collection of receivables of third party. Under „third party“, creditor is understood, which does not extort the receivables himself, but leases for this activity a collection agency. The company Creditreform is specialized for receivable administration – i.e. for realization of fast and efficient processes in such a way that the creditors‘ receivables are reimbursed in an extrajudicial manner within a time as short as possible.

    Is it possible to hand over just one receivable?

    The company Creditreform is specialized for services provided to firms, and therefore we offer collection even for different receivables for firm customers. We do not perform services of this type for the segment C2C (e.g. loans between natural persons, extortion of outstanding rent etc.).

  • What sort of information is necessary for handing over a receivable to a debt collection agency?

    What sort of information is necessary for handing over a receivable to a debt collection agency?

    Above all, a creditor must conclude with collection agency a contractual relation (Agreement on co-operation, Mandatory Agreement, Service order, etc.) There are also further items, which are necessary for this purpose, above all: description of origin of the receivable (invoice, rent etc.) data concerning the debtor, the amount and due date of the receivable.

  • Is it possible to hand over for collection also receivables solved by court?

    Is it possible to hand over for collection also receivables solved by court?

    The company Creditreform does not assume for collection such receivables, with which there are judicial proceedings or which are administered by an executor. The company Creditreform may assume, under special conditions, such receivables, for which ether the „title“ (i.e. judicial resolution in force) exists or which have passed through unsuccessful execution process.

  • What is necessary to acquire access to on-line database of Creditreform?

    What is necessary to acquire access to on-line database of Creditreform?

    Access to the database is possible just for the clients of Creditreform. Each client will receive a password, on the basis of which he has access to the Creditreform database at any time and from any place. Even more employees from one company may have access password. Some part of information can be seen absolutely free of charge. It is only necessary to be registered.
